VISION CREA will be an outstanding UNION in our Society by exerting all effort in giving full protection and welfare to all member’s needs and benefits;
We will have a highly
educated and systematic organization by giving the members a continuous
labor education program to enlighten and be aware in all matters
affecting them;
We will have a dynamic
Working Committees on respective fields such as: the CBA, grievance and
investigation, workers education, finance and information to response in
any organizational needs and undertakings;
Guided by the Code of Discipline, we will demonstrate a kind of
leadership that will not tolerate any abusive or disrespectful
behavior for the protection and integrity of the entire organization;
CREA will be recognized by
CALTEX management as the most dignified UNION throughout the Company by
giving our usual support and cooperation to any company policies and
programs for the efficiency and productivity of the refinery; and CREA will be appreciated by Government Institutions and other Labor Unions thru our full participation and cooperation to their lawful undertakings. |
MISSION To
establish a strong, free, responsible, professional and democratic Labor
Union in order to protect and uphold
the individual as well as collective rights of workers, and to
promote economic, political, social, cultural, health, safety and moral
well being; To
foster unity, respect and harmonious relations among members and to work
for continuous educational program to enhance their knowledge on the
present labor system, their CBA, their rights and obligations as a
member and other matters that directly or indirectly affects them; To
ensure full respect on freedom and dignity of workers in the exercise of
their rights and prerogatives so that ultimate realization shall
sustain; To
establish mutual relationship and understanding with the Company thru a
just, harmonious and progressive labor management relation; To
promote government and inter-union relationship for the advancement of
general interest and welfare of all members.
